Intro:
Welcome to my website. I put this together so you could get a feel for who I am and why I am running for city council. I have lived in North Arlington for over 3 years and worked here for over 6 years. Prior to that I attended Texas A&M University where I graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. A majority of my time is in North Arlington and my desire is for it to become one of the most sought-after entertainment districts in North Texas.

Why is Cliff Richardson running for City Council?
I have been looking for an opportunity to serve the community and serving as District 1 City Councilman is the perfect fit. I think North Arlington is a great place to call home, and I want to work with my fellow neighbors to create change that will improve the area for many years to come.
You are only 29 and a newcomer to politics, why should someone select Cliff Richardson come election day?
Every career has to start somewhere. I see this as just the beginning of a lifelong commitment to serve this community. The Rangers took a chance on Jon Daniels at the age of 28; I think we can all agree that worked out. I will be the first to admit that there will be a learning curve, but it will not be the first I have encountered in my life. I have complete confidence in my ability to tackle tough issues and work with others to come up with sound resolutions.
What can you promise the residents of North Arlington?
If elected, I will make every decision with the best interest of my neighbors in mind. I will remain open and accessible to all residents; I don't think any idea should go unheard. I will strive to keep you informed of all issues and developments throughout the city and give you an opportunity to share your opinion. With the advances in social media there's no reason you should not have the opportunity to let your voice be heard.
